Bob Dover, Chairman

Bob Dover is a former Chairman and CEO of Jaguar Cars and Land Rover, and a former Vice President of the Ford Motor Company. Prior to this, he served as Chairman and CEO of Aston Martin. During his career he has been responsible for a number of business turnarounds and transformative new products. A Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineers and current Chair of the Advanced Propulsion Centre at Warwick, today he works with a number of technology start-up businesses where the application of tools and techniques from the automotive world can be applied in product and business development.

Chris Shelley, Chief Executive

Chris is an international industrialist and general manager with over 25 years’ experience and knowledge of Asia Pacific having lived for 10 years in Japan and Singapore. A former managing director of Dymag Racing UK Ltd between 1994 and 1997, Chris rescued the company from receivership in 2010 through his company CSA International.  He has held senior executive positions with ABB, Invensys APV (now SPX), Blue Circle Industries (now Lafarge) and Perkins Large Engines (now Caterpillar). Chris has spent the past five years in Private Equity backed businesses and is an industrial advisor to EQT Private Equity of Sweden, a Non-Executive Director of Rubery Owen Holdings and former non-executive of PSM International Ltd, an EQT portfolio company.

Phil FitzGerald, President, Dymag Asia Pacific and Director

Phillip has gained over 30 years of diversified multi-national experience in a wide range of executive roles in complex manufacturing environments around the world, and for the past 15 years mainly in China. Phillip has his own project management and operations consulting business with clients including GPX Tire International, British American Tobacco, MooBella Inc., Duke, The Mosley Corporation, Turbochef  Technologies, The Cabot Corporation,  The Enodis Corporation and Welbilt Thailand.  Previous roles include President of Bridgestone/Firestone North America Manufacturing with eight factories and sales in excess of US$5.0bn, as well as senior executive positions in Manitowoc, TurboChef and Goodyear Tires (NA).

Derek Lloyd, Head of Operations

Mike Wilson, Chief Engineer

Mike joined Dymag in 1978 working on the shop floor before being assigned to the drawing office to learn about racing wheel and gravity die cast tooling design. A talented designer and engineer, in 1987 he worked on the design of the Aston Martin AM1 group C sports car. From there he went from strength to strength, designing the world’s first road legal carbon motorcycle wheel in 1995 and the world’s first road legal carbon car wheel in 2004. In 2010 Mike was appointed as Dymag’s Senior Design Engineer.

Jon Hoy, European Sales Director - Motorcycle Wheels

Jon Hoy, European Sales Director

Working out of Vorarlberg Austria, Jon has been European Sales and Marketing Director for a number of industry leading brands during his extensive career. He joined Dymag in 2015 looking to develop Dymag as a Moto brand throughout Europe focussing on dealer management and relations.

Jon has a near encyclopaedic knowledge of all things associated with motorcycles and racing on two wheels, a knowledge honed by an involvement in Road Racing that spans more than a quarter of a century. Notable successes have included being the 1st winner of the British Supermoto 3 hour Enduro (2003); outright winner of the British Supermoto Championship (2004) and no less than 15 Irish championships in Motocross, Supermoto and Road Racing formats.

Roger Orgee, Head of Sales - Automotive

Roger joined Dymag with a remit to develop automotive sales on a worldwide basis. A fully qualified motorsport engineer, he brings more than a decade of experience in sales, business development and marketing for such renown automotive brands as Porsche, Maserati, BMW, Lexus and Nissan (Nismo).

Roger is himself a racing driver with more than 20 years international experience. He was signed by BMW Motorsport Sauber F1 on a single seater racing scholarship programme, has won multiple Championships, and is currently the reigning double consecutive champion in Formula Ford.

A spell at Rockwell Automation also means that Roger has gained knowledge of Industrial Automation including Robotics and CNC machines at companies such as the Red Bull F1 team, Coca Cola and IBC Vehicles.
