Dymag has over 30 years of experience of designing wheels and other high stress components for the most demanding applications. Our products have propelled among the fastest cars in the world around Formula One, Indycar, GT, Touring Car, LeMans, and Sports Car tracks (to mention just a few).

Dymag supplies wheels to OEMs for a variety of applications: limited edition production cars, race series cars, special project or concept cars, and other special applications including wheels for the demanding military use.

We offer a one-stop, end to end rapid prototyping service, working closely with our customers from the early concept stage to develop, design, test, manufacture prototypes and pre-production units, and finally supply the product in volume. From receipt of a styling drawing to delivery of fully engineered & tested samples, can be as little as 8 weeks.

Project Phases are :

Technical needs analysis - assess the vehicle application & styling/project parameters.
Quotation : Supply quotation & project timing plan with clearly defined deliverables.
Agree programme with client.
Produce 3D CAD Model for client sign-off.
Conduct FEA to validate design intent.
Instigate tooling phase.
Machine prototypes.
Conduct fatigue test programme to verify FEA data.
Supply samples to client for sign-off.
Production phase (If Applicable). In the case of concept work, sample delivery constitutes project completion unless specified otherwise.
