We’re looking for an experienced Senior Composite Technician / Laminator to join our dynamic, market leading business. Having recently secured new investment and with growing demand for our products, this is a key role to support our expansion plans.
Your main duties will include:
To be successful in this role, you will need experience of laminating complex high-quality structural composite components and working with Rohacell/machined foams. You will have excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, plus the ability to interpret engineering drawings. Computer literacy is also important – training will be provided on SAP.
As an experienced Senior Technician, you will support the manager with planning activities and coaching team members to develop their skillsets. This is therefore an opportunity for you to build on your own leadership skills.
This is a full-time position for 39 hours a week (early finish on Fridays) based at our newly expanded Chippenham factory on Bumpers Farm. Benefits include enhanced annual leave (24 days plus 8 bank holidays increasing with service), free onsite parking, eye care and pension scheme.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Paint Technician to join our dynamic, market leading business. Having recently secured new investment, this is a key role to support our plans to further develop our products and processes during the coming year and beyond.
Your main duties will include:
To be successful in this role, you will need a thorough knowledge of paint processes (including having worked with composite/metallic materials), ability to interpret engineering drawings and be computer literate, ideally with a working knowledge of ERP systems. You will have worked in a fast-moving, technical environment producing high value/high accuracy components, such as in the automotive, motorsport or aerospace sectors.
You will be comfortable using your initiative and applying your expertise to develop new processes and improve quality, linking with colleagues in the production, engineering and quality teams.
